Hotel Kaani Grand Seaview

We had an unforgettable experience at Kaani Grand. I liked Mr Tiger the most! He made our stay happy and memorable. We were indeed treated like family. There was an issue with the room and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My sister's family were upgraded to the King Suite which is the only room on the top floor. It had a huge balcony with a fantastic view. Furthermore, the staff members were so nice: Breakfast staff especially Arif, Jusika and Anjali and the Kaani tour staff, Sanaau, Mohammad and Sadeedh + many others. We had experienced a private island water villa before, however, leaving Kaani hotel and Maafushi Island made me emotional. They truly embody the Maldivian hospitality. We have to come back. We really have no other choice 🥰

The hotel is right on Bikini Beach. The hotel is modern, has all the necessary facilities, the rooms are large, bright - we had a room on the 6th floor with sea view - an amazing, advertisement-like view with palm trees, beach and the ocean. Sunbeds and beach towels were available. The room had all the amenities and it is worth mentioning the impeccable cleanliness (it was cleaned daily). There is a reasonably priced Indian restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, where breakfast was also served. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and are also involved in organizing the many excursions that depart from Maafushi, as well as transfers to and from Maafushi to Malé or other islands. During our trip to the Maldives we stayed in several accommodations on 3 islands. Kaani Grand Seaview was by far the best.

It was a remarkable experience lodging at Kaani Grand Seeview hotel and the staff was very polite and caring according with the local culture. Our room overlooked the ocean and bikini beach.

The hotel had arranged the transport which was on time and was safe . Upon arrrival at the island , Mr Kadir , had welcomed us with a nice smile and was very informative of what activities are in the island. He was very professional throughout and was always available to answer any queries. The hotel staff was very friendly and pleasant and special thanks to Rasika who was very accommodating to our needs and always had a smile . The island has many water activities and easy access to other Excursions.

Everything was excellent about this place. Our king suite on the seventh floor was the biggest room in the hotel. It had a living space and bedroom space with double balcony overlooking the bikini beach.The Indian restaurant Avelli on ground floor serve basic breakfast but excellent lunch and dinner with a lot of items on the menu. My special thanks to all staff who always greeted us with a smile. Our special thanks to reception staff Kani and Tiger for looking after us so well. They organised our water activities including All in one trip with ship wreck and snorkelling with the nurse sharks and lunch at sandbank. These have left such good memories to cherish for the rest of our life.We were allowed to use the pool at Kaani palm on one occasion. Thank you Kani for arranging this.The Saturday beach party organised by the hotel is excellent. They are many eateries near the hotel serving all sorts of delicious food.Free beds are available at bikini beach and drinks and food items can be ordered at reasonable prices. We had brilliant 6 times at Kaani Grand. Thank you all

The food was amazing. They had variety of food daily. The staff at the Restaurant was very warm and attentive especially( Diah, Shafeeq and Ari). Diah went out of her way to make sure we had spice in our meals. She paid attention to our needs daily whenever we go for dinner. Shafeeq on the other hand was appealing, attentive and warm. He told us interesting stories and information about Mafushi. They were very punctual with their services. We never experienced any form of delays from beginning to the end. We loved the Seaview of our room which gave us breathtaking view of the sea.

We had a wonderful stay. Spacious rooms with good sea views. Kasun at the front desk was very helpful in guiding us regarding the water sports and day packages available.

Great value for money stay near Maafushi island.Location was fantastic, room was spacious with superb seaview balcony , place was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well.
