Location, cleanness, breakfast, friendly staff and modern room with fantastic Mountain View Short walk to Aqua Dome and easy access to Sölden by regular buses every 10 mins

The breakfast was awesome and the host was really welcoming! We liked the sekt and the chocolate for welcoming us in the room. Everthing was exceptional clean. Free Ötztal card is also nice to explore the area, we went to minigolf, bathing in the lake near ötz, drove the lift up the mountain and used public transport, all for free! We would stay again.

Best place to ski in Sölden & Gurgl! We always come back. Close to the spa. Very clean and friendly.
