Modern, well presented, staff were excellent and polite, facilities were fantastic and the spa was great. Beds were really comfy and the shower stayed nice and hot for the 4 of us. The photos on booking.com really did not sell the apartment as it should, it was so much more than i thought when booking. Smoe of the woodwork could do with a dusting, skirting boards etc.

Great family hotel, fantastic room. Super close to the beach and opposite an amazing park. Best holiday for families and the pool was great. Particularly as you book your time slot so it’s never busy. Beach is 2 min walk away.

The location is good for local amenities. The swimming pool is good but being half term there were a lot of children.

Maxine the receptionist gave us a lovely warm welcome. The room was clean, modern, and very spacious. We had a family room and the girls loved the bunk beds. The main bedroom had a large comfy bed in. Facilitiesfantastic, lovely modern kitchen area. We used the spa, pool area, and had a lovely time with the 2 grandchildren. First time for them in a jacquzzi and they squealed with delight. Tasty light breakfast which was free for children. All in all a fabulous stay, very child friendly, and very quiet, had a fabous nights sleep. Would recommend it and would definitly stay again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location of Hy Hotel is great. Lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Beds were comfortable. Feather pillows comfy.
