Although they accepted our request and never found it in their system, they managed to find a solution by giving us a bigger room to avoid any issue. Breakfast was the best I have experienced in comparison to any other travel I have been to. Organization of the hotel was top of the line. And the personnel was really helpful and polite. I would totally recommend it!

The room was large, clean, modern. Everything worked and the room was comfortable. The location at the train station was great for me as I needed to take the train. The price paid was also very reasonable.

Superb location, just right in front of the Lyon Train station. Room was very well kept and spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice! Hotel provided complimentary water and croissants too!

The staff was very helpful, and extremely friendly. There was a water fountain (still and sparkling), coffee machine and fresh pastries (pain au chocolat and croissants) in the lobby. They had a wide selection of food for breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a kettle and safe. It’s less than 5 minutes to the train station and lots of public transport options nearby. NB There are 3 ibis hotels in the vicinity of the train station, so make sure you head to the right one!

The location is excellent. Very close to the Lyon Part-Dieu. The breakfast is good. Also our kids enjoy drawing on the blackboard in the reception.
