All the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. It’s had a recent tasteful makeover so looks very spruce. The underground car park is just next door so could not be easier or safer.

Right by the tram stop and the train station. The breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming. They set a baby cot up for us before we arrived, which was very helpful. The shower was good but there was no shower door.

I traveled here in April by myself but returned this time with my wife. Still the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. They are simply wonderful. And since I was here they have replaced paper cups in the room with glasses, a great improvement. When we got to the property and asked for a slightly bigger room with a better bathroom we were upgraded without charge. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the money. The location is near perfect - the T1 tram at your doorstep, Perrache station about 100m away, supermarkets and shops close by.
