Very friendly and very helpful staff, giving useful tips (what to visit, where to eat, how to get to the train station at the airport, helping to store the luggage before the check-in…), good breakfast

Stairs in the lobby are magic. But being serious, it was quiet and calm place. Very friendly and open staff. Nice atmosphere.

Everything was great.The location ideal(close to the metro e bus station) ,the room clean and the stuff excellent,very helpful and thoughtful. For sure,if we come back to Lyon,we will stay at Hotelo Lyon Ainay!

everything was great. good bed. good size toilet. friendly staff. it's next to a train station but in a busy area, so there is a good mix of people outside. super near the sightseeing spots.

Very close to the Metro, the people in the reception are very friendly and polite.breakfast was very good as well.
