- Our restaurant is closed on weekends and public holidays. However, we offer a snack service on request every evening (from 22.00) and at weekends.- Express breakfast must be requested at the reception. It consists of juice, hot drinks and pastries (croissants, chocolate bread) or slices of bread with butter and jam.- Breakfast is free for children under 12.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was good and well connected to the center (especially the metro) The staff was very nice and accommodating, readily available to answer questions or help with any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious shower The cafe area was relaxing with water fountain and free popcorn!

Checking in ahead of time online, same thing with checkout, availability of rooms at noon when we checked in (we expected to leave off our luggage), kindness and warmth of staff

The beds are so so comfortable and the pillows too. Best night's sleep for a while. Rooms quiet with no outside noise. Excellent location, next to metro with quick access to the main town.

Receptionists excellent very friendly even the bartender let me have her own parking space as my car is higher than the height limit . Breakfast very good and clean restaurant. Stuff very helpful and made easy for me

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was ideal. Within 2 minute walk of the D (Green) metro line - Sans-Souci - which took you directly to the old town, if you get off at Vieux Lyon you can then get the funicular to St Just and then walk down towards Fourviere and into the old town. There are so many lovely restaurants here, look out for the Bouchons which have wonderful food at really good prices, I recommend the Restaurant le Vieux Lyon which had some good 3 course menus. The mainline station of Part-Dieu is around a 15-20 min walk and you can get the express tram to the airport there. Right next to the hotel is a little supermarket and across the road is Pizza Cosy where you can get the best pizza's or salad. We were only in town for a few days for the Olympic events and so didn't get to eat at the hotel but the breakfast looked good value. The hotel has a water fountain downstairs with cold still and sparkling water that you can take back to your room, this was a real benefit especially when the weather was so warm. Definitely recommend, fantastic value hotel for stay in Lyon.
