The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was suitable for a short stay, and I appreciated the coffee and vending machine in the lobby to get some snacks, water and coffee. The hotel is very close to the tram and subway, which made transportation very easy for me. It was really warm at nights, so I did not get cold inside the room.

The hotel was relatively clean. Rooms were fine bed was comfy enough. Bathroom was fine. I think this is a great alternative to a hostel if you are looking for a private room and private bathroom. Staff were all very friendly.

Was perfect location for transport links, all staff i spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but perfect for my 1 night stay to explore the city.

I decided not to give 1 star to the hotel although the incident with the reception woman, because the hotel was excellent. I was afraid of the hotel being bad because I saw many bad reviews (currently its 6.2 stars out of 10 stars), but I saw what can go wrong for 63 euro per night.. I was very suprised, the hotel was super close to the central bus station (plus metro and train), and the hotel it self was super nice! excellent room, and bathroom.. This is not luxrious place obviously, dont expect a jacuzzi or something, but for a place where u can go to sleep at night, it was far more than needed. really nice room, large bed, TV infront, elevator.. overall excellent for the price. The breakfast cost 7 EURO, you get a few breads and croissant, and small things to apply like (Nutella chocolate and jam). you also have a nice standard coffee machine. overall, i think you should go out and eat outside instead of this "breakfast" but its kind of fair for the price i guess... you can drink many as you want obviously.. but no cheeses no vegetables no eggs. For Wifi you just connect, type some random email, and it lets you use the internet

Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops. Staff were super friendly, very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Being able to open the windows for fresh air was greatly appreciated. Lots of hot water.

Very well located for Perrache station and an easy walk to central areas of the Presque Isle. Very convenient if you plan to eat at Brasserie Georges. Very helpful staff.
