A clean, good sized room, with secondary glazing. Room over looked busy street but was still very quite. Very adjacent to the main shopping area and all transport connections.

Loved the entrance, lobby and personnel at the reception. It's a great location and the decoration inside is really nice as well. Breakfast had a lot of options and was of high quality.

Service was very good and staff were polite and helpful, lobby seemed a pleasant space. Location is great, close to the metro and Bellecour square, with many options for eating well and having a good coffee, only within minutes of walking.

The room was well decorated and the bed very comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful, and went to some trouble to give me the right directions for my onward journey, and also allowed me to leave my suitcase with them for a while after checkout.

Everything but the heating. Not warm enough during the night. Nice reception area. Nice staff. Comfortable room. Best location
