This is a residence for senior people, which also is in hotel business. Everyone is super nice and friendly, the apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious, probably nicer than my own apartment :D Location in immediate vicinity to Lyon metro, and there are also a bakery and a coffee shop in the same building.

The location is good in that there is a metro stop just around the corner and it's only a few minutes on the metro to Part Dieu Station/the centre of Lyon. There is also a bakery and supermarket just around the corner. The apartment was clean and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is quiet and friendly, only 2 minutes from the train station. The staff were lovely, and very helpful.

Ultra clean and everything in perfect condition. Huge apartment though it's just a standard double bed. Kitchen needs a few basics (sponge, washing up liquid). It's a seniors' residence but they have rooms for visitors and if they aren't booked then they are available for public rental. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and to visit our daughters. We know Lyon well and this place is really well located on metro line B. The metro entrance is really just outside the building, there is also a bakery next door that's open 7 days a week. I didn't have breakfast but it looked ok. Good value for the size and facilities and it's very quiet and calm due to its real use.
