Built into the hillside above the village of Lynton, the Sinai House is set in a 1850s house featuring a fully licensed bar. Situated within the Exmoor National Park, it also offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking.
With stunning sea views, the rooms include a flat-screen Freeview TV, an alarm clock radio, and tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water and treats. Toiletries and hairdryers are supplied.
In the mornings, breakfast is served in the dining room. The menu includes traditional full English breakfast and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. With a large window overlooking Hollerday Hill and Lynton town, this room offers a second smaller window overlooking the sea. It includes a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a wash basin in the room and an en-suite shower room.

Situated on the first floor, this room offers a king-size sleigh bed and a chaise longue and armchair to relax and enjoy the stunning views from the huge window. Situated on the 2nd floor, this room overlooks the sea to the Welsh coast and over Countersbury Hill. It includes an en-suite shower room and a private toilet across the hall. A bathrobe and a hospitality tray with bottled water are provided.

Sinai House was such an incredible find. The location is stunning, the views incredible, our hosts so lovely and accommodating, happy to help and give great suggestions for exploring the village and surrounding areas. I can't recommend them enough!

The property was beautifully situated on the side of the hill and our bedroom had views of the sea. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Alison and Victoria were lovely hosts and we were welcomed with tea and homemade cake. The breakfasts were a highlight with plenty of choices to suit most people. There was an honesty bar with a good selection of drinks available. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this charming bed and breakfast. Alison was incredibly attentive to our needs, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. She upgraded us to a room with a stunning sea view, which made our stay extra special. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious, freshly prepared options. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!
