Phil and Ness were amazing hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing.

Immaculate, nice lounges & bar, lovely view out of dining room. Room was clean, and cosy. We got upgraded due to Phil and Ness’ (the hosts) kindness, beautiful home made breakfasts, homemade bread and jam. Was made to feel special, highly recommend for adventuring Lynton and the surrounding area.

Great location and impeccable service from the hosts. Home cooked dinner was a highlight and the lounges available to spend time in were lovely.
