Quiet room. Lovely view towards to coast. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Well equipped with hairdryer, kettle, iron etc. Breakfadt choices were good and staff were helpful and pleasant. Plenty of on-site car parking. 15 minute walk to high street. Just a few minutes walk to the quayside footpath out to the marina and marshes.

Great location, right on waterfront. Easy parking. Stayed in the Kelpie room, very comfortable, lovely views, spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower. Very quiet. Bar closed at 10pm and staff were very helpful.
