breakfast was excellent .even though we were next to the train station this did not matter as you could not here them. the room was so quit you could not here anything outside at all. town centre 2 minute walk away.

Tobias is the perfect host. The property is meticulously maintained and extremely well maintained. Location worked very well for us and easy walk into town.

Quirky well presented property, decorated appropriately to the age of the building The host Tobias made a delicious full English breakfast - one of the best I have ever had. It was so good I had it all 3 mornings, something I would never normally do. Tobias also provided lots of helpful suggestions about local places to eat, drink and visit. A great host

A warm welcome from Tobias, and a lovely comfortable, well-furnished, traditional guest house. We enjoyed the sumptuous communal sitting-room and the homely farmhouse style kitchen area. The central location allowed us to do everything we wanted to do on foot, including a nice morning run by the lovely Lymington waterside before the generous breakfast.
