Very helpful, kind and attentive staff. Excellent location. Clean and quiet. Comfortable room with good wifi connection. Very reasonable price for this quality and location. The only issue was the closed auto park was not avaiable during our stay, we had to park our car on the street next to the hotel. The cost of the parking is 25 UAH/hour. It's free of charge in between 20:00-08.00.

We like staying in this hotel every time we visit Lviv. The staff is really nice and helpful. We come back because of them basically. We checked in very early but still they made it possible for us to use our rooms. After a long and difficult trip this was a wonderful thing from them. We will come back!

Perfect location. Few minutes to the main sightseeings, meanwhile the hotel has underground parking ( it’s also could be used as shelter). It’s our third time, for sure will stay once again

Great hotel! Very convenient location. There is an underground parking. This is a great advantage! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, Iʼm so glad that we were given a room with a large terrace. I definitely recommend this place to stay in the centre of Lviv!

Not the first time I stay at this hotel and this last stay reconfirmed the previous positive impression. Hotel has good sized rooms, well appointed bathrooms, it is quiet and in the very center of Lviv. Personnel at reception is vey professional and quick, and happy to help with any request one might have. All together an absolutely pleasant experience.
