The best part is the staff! People are trying to help you everywhere. Especial thanks fo the parking help. Btw, parking is free in front of the hotel but there are not many spots. Breakfasts are excellent, rooms are very clean, you also can come with your cat as we did.

The rooms are nice. Some might dislike that the bathroom door is more or less "next" to the bed and has a milkish tint. Restaurant staff was nice. Size of the Breakfast selection was good as well.

Perfect place to stay in Lviv - close to the central area, but w/o any loud bars and crowds, comfortable beds, clean, whitest bedsheets, room service, amazing breakfast, and great staff! Only place of my stay in Lviv <3

The staff were super helpful and nice. The breakfast is great. We had one air alarm during the night and visited the shelter of the hotel. Very well organized and prepared in case of long sitting.

Staff was nice and accommodating. I left very early, before breakfast time, and they prepared a lunch box for me. Hotel is new and clean, very quiet, which is surprising given its location, close to the center. It is easy to walk around and everything is super close. Bed was super soft, shower nice and hot with good water pressure. The window in my room could not be opened, but there is ventilation and AC.

Nice central location close to historical places of Lviv. Responsive personnel, easy check-in/checkout. Good size of the room which corresponds to the pictures in description. Height quality comfortable bed.
