I loved this property the rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony for evening times which looks over the pool, my favourite part was the bed super comfortable and a great size.

The location was on the hill but and easy walk to town center, Restaurant and Bars. It was a great stay for the two night we were there, wish we stayed longer. The staff were great for helping out. I would recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is in a very peaceful location. You can be in Luz or Lagos within a few minutes, but you can also enjoy your quiet evenings at the same time. The hotel is small but cosy; the pool is beautifully maintained. The room is spacious, the bed is one of the biggest we've ever had on holiday! Everything is very clean. We really felt very comfortable here and can warmly recommend it. For an excellent breakfast, visit the Kinoah café - just 3 minutes away.

We were late getting to the accommodation ( issues with getting through passport control at Faro) we were genuinely very warmly welcomed by Rui, the residence was & remained throughout our stay immaculately clean and the level of attention to delivering a great guest experience was excellent - example - it was my birthday when we were there and they presented me with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit as a spontaneous gift was quite heart warming. Could not recommend them more highly - excellent stay

The staff was very polite and kind and spoke a fluent english. The room was perfect and matched with the pictures. Everything was clean, the room, the balcony and the pool ! About the pool its perfect, clean good temperature and very peaceful. Parking good too :-)

Amazing place with its lovely swimming pool, good position in a quite small village. The room was very clean, welcoming and spacious. The host Is kind and helpful. Recommended for a relaxing holiday near the Ocean.

Staff very welcoming… Room spacious, spotlessly clean, and towels replaced daily and room tidied . Full size fridge/kettle, plates cups cutlery. All rooms overlook pool and have balcony chairs and tables outside. It was a delight to stay and 10-15 min stroll down to beach.

Everything was excellent, the rooms were super clean, with daily cleaning provided, the pool was great with a lot of seats around it, and a shadow area to relax. The location is good, 5-10 mins walking to the beach and city center, in an area with houses. The staff was always friendly and helpful with anything you might need.
