The landlord is very considerate. He helped us book the hot air balloon and Nile felucca trips, and also contacted the drivers for pick-up and drop-off us in attractions. Thanks to him, we hardly had to worry about arranging the itinerary during our stay in Luxor. The room we stayed in was also very clean and spacious, providing plenty of space for the two of us. In addition, the landlord recommended some delicious restaurants nearby. When we were leaving, he even helped us carry our luggage.

The flat was very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony to relax on. The location was excellent, and the presence of CCTV added an extra sense of security. The host was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and sharing great tips about the area. Overall, it’s a wonderful flat, ideal for families or groups of friends.

The property is at a prime location with easy access to restaurants. You get amazing views of the Nile after a short walk from the house. It's not a hotel. It's a homestay or a guest house. You get the entire Villa with 2 bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom for yourself. The caretaker Ezo was very helpful and was in touch with me on WhatsApp throughout the duration. Even before we arrived at Luxor

Absolutely brilliant place to stay in Luxor. Great value for money, you get a nice big apartment with a nice warm shower. Location is amazing, right near restaurants, local convenience stores and street food. It’s also a 5 minute walk from the ferry over to the east side of the Nile The owner Ezz is brilliant, he always goes out of his way to help you and couldn’t be any nicer if he tried. He sorted out trips and an airport transfer for very reasonable prices (much cheaper than using sites like Get Your Guide) Great guy!

We have enjoyed our stay at White villa, it had all you need for a short or a long stay. The interior design is very nice, signs of Egypt are everywhere, the bed is very comfortable, we had a good sleep after tiring days full of sightseeing, which are not far from the villa. Location of the villa is brilliant, ferry or a private boat is 5 min walk distance, bank and many places, where you can eat delicious food are right at the corner. But the gem of our stay was the owner, Ezz is so attentive, so helpful, he treated us as a family members, showed everything around, helped to organize all our trips, was always available to sort out any of our issues. The level of the hospitality is 5 out of 5. Thank you Ezz. If one day we will be back to Luxor, White villa will be our only choice.

What I liked most was the location of the apartment. Just a few minutes walking distance to the public ferry terminal where you can sail across to the east bank of Luxor in less than 20 minutes. Ezz, the host arranged airport transport for us and he also booked an air balloon experience for me and my friend at short notice. We got picked up at the apartment and dropped off after the balloon tour. Ezz also showed us where to find a restaurant nearby that serves alcoholic drinks as most restaurants don't serve alcohol. He gave us advice on quickest transport to the Luxor temple and helped us with any other queries. I would highly recommend staying at the White Villa while in Luxor. Good value for money.

The property is not a luxury hotel but it has everything needed for a quick visit in Luxor. The owner is extremely reliable on arranging tours. Highly recommended to stay here. Ezz is enthusiasm to help guests enjoy the stay in this city.

Service is very nice. help us book air hot balloon and arrange for the taxi. Even we find other suppliers of boating and so on. he still helps us with kindnesses. Greatful to him. And the room is so large with every appliance like fridge,washing machine, etc.The bed is soft and we had a good sleep here. Love it!
