The Japanese Mr.Nao was very kind and helpful. The other staff members, Hagi and the owner Hasan, were also great. Mr.Nao even bought drinks for us at the local price. Mr.Hagi picked us up and dropped us off by motorcycle so we could buy souvenirs safely. Hasan, the owner, arranged a cab for us and made our trip smooth and enjoyable.

A comfortable hotel close to downtown Luxor - walking distance to the train station, the Nile as well as Luxor temple. Great breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful when arranging trips to the sights.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews about the staff , and they were indeed absolutely brilliant. We were picked up at the airport by Masri ,were greeted with complimentary drink (a cold beer we requested) , asked if we were hungry and very cheaply got a great virtual Egyptian banquet , having simply requested chicken , attended superbly by Hasan , as we were throughout our three days/nights. One team member even came out with us the first night to show us some local 'sights'. We didn't want an official guided tour to the Valley of the Kings , so they arranged for Masri to drive us around all day to the famous places , including a stop for Koushari for lunch. We saw everything and had a great day. The Venus is also in a great location to walk to the Luxor and Karnak temples , and it's right next to a huge market. Transfer back to the airport at 6am for our flight to Cairo was efficient and cheap.

It's in a very good location close to everything the staff are amazing and so helpful and very friendly and they would help you with everything you need and the owner as well Mr Hasan if ever come to Luxor again I will difently stay there again thank you guys

- Centric location: big market is next to the hotel. By foot 10 mins walk through the market is Luxor temple, money exchange and good restaurants. - Basic breakfast but good (fried egg, fruits, yogurt, jam, cheese)

the staff was amazing! they were super kind and helped us a lot with our transfer and they speak english perfectly they got us an apartment in the next building instead of the hotel room we booked that was spacious and clean, with a fast WiFi
