Location was nice and very convenient. Staff was very cooperative in all aspects, especially Mr. Mahmood, the owner of the property. He arranged our tours for hot air balloon and valley of Kings. We had some small disputes which were solved in a very reasonable way. All over we have enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The room was big and clean with nice views. The hotel in general is in very good conditions and the rooftop terrace has amazing views to the Nile and you can enjoy the chill out space at any time. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and nice, we were offered welcome drinks and all the help to organize our visits in Luxor and everything we needed during our time there. We really appreciated the treatment and attention of Momen, who was all the time available to help us and shared his knowledge about Luxor and Egypt. We will come back! 😊

Very helpful and friendly staff. After a full day out Mr Ashraf offered us a room to take a rest and shower after we checked out. Location to visit valley of the kings and tombs is very nearby and the driver was also very kind and helpful.

Lovely owner. Very friendly and helpful. Very professional. Cozy rooms Excellent breakfast and a good view of the nile from the rooftop restaurant. Clean and comfortable.
