Location was great, we choose this hotel because of that. Great view from the balcony. Friendly service staff who made sure we got rooms close to each other. Two bathrooms in each room which was convenient when many people travel together

We stayed over New Year in two de-lux rooms. The rooms were spacious with two balconies each and comfortable beds. Service was very good, friendly helpful staff and a nice welcome when we arrived. Good pool, although too cold to swim in in December, but hot enough to sunbathe in the afternoon. Food was based around a single menu for room service and one of the restaurants. Two extra restaurants, and Italian which was very good and a Chinese which was less good with rather bland food. All the food and drink is very reasonably priced with no mark up that we could see on independent restaurants outside. A great café on the riverside was a good addition. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Luxor.

Location was amazing , as was the manager ..upon arrival 2 of the staff members decided to be extremely rude to me ( I do not tolerate rudness) ..and proceeded to put me in a room at the end of the hall were construction was being done!! .but the manager dealt with it .and I did not see them for the remainder of my stay ..and he moved My room aswell You can book a tour through them with was also amazing .I would definitely be back !!

The food was very tasty, the room was very clean and with a great view of the Nile River, kind people Ps: Manager Mr. Ali Moussa is top professional at his job, helped and fulfilled all of our requests. The hotel and tourists are very lucky to have him. Also the Tour operator Chico and the driver Hussein were very helpful and kind at the tour we chose to West Bank. They helped us and we felt like locals with them. Overall experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing location with brilliant Nile views, the pool was excellent - if a bit cold! The staff were all wonderful - big shoutout to Zayn in the bar :) Staff all very helpful, room was comfortable, bottled water was available. The breakfast also had lots of different options, with an omelette/ egg chef
