We had a wonderful stay at the Pyramids Luxor Hotel and Spa. The room service was excellent, and the hotel arranged a trip to Banana Island, which the children absolutely loved. Additionally, the children enjoyed the jacuzzi at the hotel, which became one of their favourite activities. The staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us. They helped with bookings for cars and boats and even arranged tailoring services at an incredibly affordable price. Their helpfulness truly made our stay convenient and stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable. While our first impression of the hotel wasn’t great—especially as we had just come from a 5-star resort in Hurghada—our view changed quickly. It’s important to note that Hurghada is all about resorts, beaches, and pools, whereas Luxor is steeped in history, art, and culture, and the two cannot be compared directly. The Pyramids Luxor Hotel catered to all our needs and more, offering a very different but equally enriching experience. By the end of our trip, even the children were convinced that this hotel was better than the ones we stayed in while in Cairo and Hurghada. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Luxor to stay at this hotel and take advantage of the excellent facilities and services it offers.

The hotel was really excellent; everything from A to Z was great. The staff were equally amazing, especially Ahmed Fox, who was very kind, well-mannered, and prepared everything perfectly.

The staff were lovely and helpful. I was ill and they brought me lemon and ginger teas more than once and also made sure I drank plenty. . I was allowed to hang my swimming costume out to dry on thier washing line. Breakfast had a view of the bike from the roof. The jaquzzi spa is super relaxing. I fell asleep with ease after using it., which I needed after along tiring day/flight and feeling unwell. Our beds were comfortable.The pool was lovely and cold.( which is nice when the weather is hot). There is a laundrette, a massage parlour ( no not that type) and lots of gift shops/restaurants in the area within half a minutes walk

Clean and comfortable on the west bank of Luxor only a short walk from the ferry. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Nice quiet neighbourhood and great breakfast.

Ahmed "Fox" was amazing. Any problem you have, he will fix it. Food? he'll get it. Transportation? he'll drive you around. Hotel management? easy for him. Anything. Put an Ahmed in your life!

A big thanks to Mohammed and his team. They are all amazing and work hard to satisfy their guests throughout the day. Mohammed is the man for everything and together with Ahmed they organise and handle it all. The 2 day tour tyey organized included air balloon ride, Karnak and Luxor temple, Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut temple and the boat ride for sunset. The hotel is very nice, like a riad, including a pool and a rooftop terrace. Perfect 2 days in Luxor. Thank you very much.
