Everything. I am planning a trip back soon to meet up with Hassan who has done an awesome job as the manager at Oasis. He helped me with everything and oasis is now my second home. The cleanliness is impressive the smell of bleach in toilets and floors every morning. There's a always staff available to help guests

I have no idea how people can complain About this budget hotel. Look it's location, look at how clean how organised how hardworking staff put into the place. I had stayed here 15 years ago now I'm back again. Still the same thank you to Hassan.

The hotel is excellent in terms of value for money, and it even exceeds expectations. The location is great, and the place is quiet, away from the street noise. Even the train sound is not loud. The owners are very polite and extremely friendly. The place is generally simple, the rooms are old, but there is Wi-Fi available. Thank you for the experience and the hospitality.

It was a very comfortable stay. Economical and worth it. The room is clean. Mr. Karam was kind enough to upgrade me to a private room that the one I booked at no extra charge. He helped arrange for the tour to the West Bank, and also helped me get a train ticket.

The location of the hotel was very good. In the center, very close to the train and bus stops. You can easily reach everything you are looking for. They can organize your tour programs and they are very successful in this regard.

My stay in Oasis hotel was very nice that I decided to extend 2 more days. Great location, in walking distance to the train & bus station, 10 mins walk to Luxor temple & the river bank. There are a lot of good local places to eat around the hotel. Mr. Karam was attentive to the guests. Even though your room would be on the higher floors, the staffs will help you carry the luggages when you check in & out. Bathroom is big & clean & they allow guests to take shower after check-out time. Wi-fi is very good too. Overall I have no complaints for my stay & would gladly pick the hotel to stay again.

The host was very nice and helped us arrange trips both in Luxor, to nearby temples and a transfer to Aswan for a very good price.
