We arrived on the check-out day of our reservation. Carlos provided us with free breakfast and allowed us to use the room until 8pm without having to pay extra

Great peoples. Very flexible. Specially Carlos the general Manager is very professional. The breakfast was also good one. Though I missed my breakfast and they gave me breakfast even at 13:00 o’clock because they values customer more.

We stayed there for one night. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet at night and we could left our baggage there after check out for doing tourism and picked up later. The beds and pillows were confortable. It included a buffet with orange juice, coffe, milk, bread, salad, cheese, butter and jam.

I went with my teen daughter. So the safett was 1st. The hotel was safe for us. But the location it is situated is not nice. That didnt have any impact on us btw. Room was very good and valuable for money. They charged for water which we didnt have in our Giza hotel.
