You'll meet many people. The common area in the rooftop is great, at any time of the day. The room is clean. The hosts are always available to help. Good breakfast

Mahmoud the owner is really friendly; actually at night I was with out food and he ask for one of the employees to make me a omelette. I recomend to go, safe and good location! There is travellers there so you can have good talks to.

I recommend staying at the Happy Land Luxor due to its central location, great breakfast, picturesque terrace and nice staff. Good value for money! I also would recommend you to find an hour or two to have an interesting chat about geopolitics and Egypt with Mahmoud, the owner of the property. Best regards from Kasia. :-)
