The staff are unreal, go out and beyond to help. The food on the terrace was quite nice. Right across the road from boats that take you across the Nile which was convenient. Set me up with a great tour guide of the West Bank to explore Valley of the Kings.

The family that run the property cannot be faulted. Always happy to help organise absolutely anything you could want at a drop of a hat and for a reasonable price. The room was clean and the location on the West Bank is great for reaching all the sites.

I loved the location. Especially front view with sunrise behind the Luxor skyline (temple and all) and with call to prayer on a Friday. Beautiful location to eat your in restaurant. Breakfast was good with friendly staff who always tried to please.Management very helpful and concerned that you are safe and enjoying your stay. A true Egyptian experience with a good atmosphere. Not 5 star but authentic with a little hub bub and yet little noisy traffic. Just what I wanted. Front view definitely made it for me.

We arrived early hours in the morning (5am) and the staff let us pay to check us in earlier which is normal. The view from the roof top was nice. The bathroom is big.

I felt completely at home in this hotel, cared for and supported throughout my stay. The staff is incredible—friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Ahmed for organizing tours and being so helpful. The rooftop breakfast overlooking the Nile is simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The manager and his team were very courteous and tried their best to accommodate the needs of their guests. They provided assistance and support when they could including booking local tours and attractions. I would stay at this hotel again.

Location with a nice view of the Nile. The restaurant of the hotel is on the top floor with a nice view. The food is delicious and good value. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. They have few other food places nearby and convenient location. Nice view from balcony
