The property was beautiful!! I wish we would have stayed longer. Food was authentic and great. Staff were very helpful and kind. All the furnishings are beautiful and made us feel like royalty in Luxor.

This is one of the most special hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was so much attention to detail and love and care on every touch point from the design of the hotel, the staff, the menu, and the owners Marina and Mohammed, go out of their way to help. I cannot fault this place and another favourite thing was a location. It’s so quiet and you have access to their boat that takes you over to the east bank. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location along the Nile. Everything is well decorated and comfortable. Good breakfast. The restaurant was good as well.

The property is so different and a lot of effort has been made to curate all the art to create an authentic experience. The rural situation is beautiful with a quick and easy boat ride to the east bank. Highly recommend Alladin’s next door for a meal. The wildlife is beautiful.

The place is beautiful, quiet and just stunning. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, the owner marina and staff were so accommodating. We felt very comfortable and peaceful while staying there. Wonderful breakfast and our Sapphire room was stunning 😍 West Bank doesn’t have all the hustle and bustle that is over in East Bank, and it’s more local, getting the authentic Egyptian feel. There’s a complementary boat to take you across East Bank and into the busy chaos where taxi drivers and horse cart drivers start to haggle to take you around. We just wanted to take some cash out 😂 and got spoken to by 4 different people within 10mins. If you like quiet and relaxation, the I’d recommend to stay here. If you like night life and easy access to everything then perhaps East Bank.

We loved the hotel. It’s a beautiful palace and the welcome was very warm. The location is very nice, quiet, and with the shuttle boat service, it was easy to get to the other side. The advice we received was great. The room was perfect, spacious with a small terrace overlooking the Nile... very pleasant! I highly recommend it 100%.

Unique hotel experience. Great location on the quiet rural west bank of Luxor. Food from hotel restaurant was great. Owner operator Marina a friendly and knowledgeable person with a wealth of advice .
