The property was beautiful and felt very authentic. It was next to the hot air balloon launch site which is a beautiful view at sunrise. The oasis garden is the selling point. It is beautiful and is where breakfast is served. Samantha the host is amazing. She organised all our tours, booked our restaurants and organised our taxi/travels. She made this trip very rememberable.

Fantastic stay! We loved it all. Super comfy bed, hot shower, we stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony. Very private too. Couldn’t ask for a more fantastic hotel close to the hot air balloons. Was magical watching them from the balcony in the morning. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Samantha couldn’t have been more helpful- with absolutely everything!- food, drivers , recommendations etc. She really made our stay special. Will be recommending to stay here for anyone visiting Luxor

What a great place to stay! Samantha and her team are very welcoming and super nice. The accommodation and the garden are stunning. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and served in the garden. Getting up at sunrise snd watching the balloons take of is a wonderful experience. Unfortunately we only had one night, but it was a highlight of our trip to Egypt.

What a magical place on the earth. I would book this place over and over again. The view from the rooftop, from the early morning hot air balloon launch to the sun going down over Valley of the kings, gave us some of our most beautiful memories from our 2 months in Egypt. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, the team were so friendly and cooked us breakfast which we had in the garden every morning, and there isn’t a bad angle in the whole property. We also loved having a late night fire with a beer in the garden watching the stars came out. Absolutely incredible. Thank you for the magic

It is like an oasis in front of the valley. Amazing garden, view and breakfast with nice staff. Perfect to start into the day and relax after lots of sightseeing. Great host, I can tottally recommend to stay there.

Samantha, the owner, did a fantastic job. Absolutely tastefully reconstructed old village houses provide with perfecfly relaxed atmosphere, plus the awsome garden with overall aroma of basil! It is hard to leave the place for sightseeing because the place by itslef is a sight! For some people the hot baloon starts early in the morning right next to the hotel may be disturbing, but we enjoyed observing this colorful game and traffic around the baloon flughts.

We stayed in 4 hotel/apartments during our time in Egypt all with a rating of plus 9, this was the only one that should-have 9 plus rating. Breakfast in the beautiful garden was perfect, the ordered dinners in the evening we top quality, I cannot remember staying in a finer place with better food and service, with the mess of Luxor this place was very welcome for peace and place to relax. Great location for the Valley of the Kings visit. Rooms we beautiful, so much effort put in the details, in the morning you can watch the balloons go up from the roof, we loved it and the people.
