Staff most importantly were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Location perfect. Layout great. Swimming pool great. Beautiful Nile view from my balcony with table and chairs to watch sunrise and hot air balloons

Good location close to all the attractions across the road from the Ships breakfast is served early until late which is good if you have trips planned

The staff tried their best to solve out issues Brekfast was pretty good The 3pm onwards tour guy was very nice and arranged for good tours.

The location is excellent, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to ensure that your needs are addressed. When breakfast is about to finish, they first make sure that you have everything that you might want or need before closing the service. The security is also good. I had a small balcony, with a small table and seating which gave me a lovely view of the river. There is an ATM at the hotel.

Great location in front of Nile River with view of hot air balloons & within walking distance to Luxor & Karnak Temples. Friendly & helpful staff who were willing to let me change room as the first room air conditioning in November was way too cold even though the aircon was switched off.

Convenient location if you want to walk by the Nile or walk down to the temples. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

The location was great with a view over the river Nile and a pleasant short riverside walk to Luxor temple with plenty of cafes and places to eat along the way. Breakfast started early which was useful if you take a balloon trip. The on site restaurant food could be ordered at any time and was reasonably priced and ok quality. The gym wasn’t bad, with some free weights and machines and the poolside area was pleasant. Staff were very nice polite and friendly.
