Quirky and fun interior . The staff were friendly and super helpful. Close proximity to the free tram made access to the centre of town easy.

Mama Shelter turned out to be a bit of wild card in our itinerary of accommodation. Starting in the lobby, carrying through to the elevators, through to our room, the building was full of quirky details. Masks on the lamp shades. Scheduled events on the mirror doors. Bespoke carpets on the restaurant ceiling. This place is unique. Note that the T1 tram will transport you from the Luxembourg train station to hotel in around 20 minutes, and is FREE. An Uber is expensive, not a lot quicker, and tricky to intercept.

Very cute hotel in a kitsch kind of way. I loved the decor and quirky bits everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean and spacious too. There is a restaurant on site and a boulangerie with very delicious pastries, bread and snacks. The hotel is in a quiet area and there was no noise from outside. There are bus and tram stops right outside the hotel or around the corner and a shopping centre with coffee bars and a supermarket. It’s a short (free) bus ride to the city centre and other attractions so the location is a 10/10. Parking is available on site at a fee.

This was a fantastic stay-over for our travel to the south of France with an electric vehicle. The parking arrangements are great, the service is very pleasant, and the atmosphere of the hotel is great! In combination with free public transport in Luxembourg, it became a fantastic stay.

Location was great. Just a short walk up to the Tram which is free to take into the City. Great atmosphere in the Lobby, Staff was very friendly. Did not use Restaurant
