* Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.
* Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.
* Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.
* Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.
* ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

Spacious. Spotlessly clean throughout. Full kitchen, large bathroom plus second toilet. Everything feels almost new. Washer/dryer very good, also spotless and as-new. Would very happily stay here again. Good value by local standards. Nice location away from the city centre. Excellent, frequent (and of course free) public transport up the hill to the city centre. Easy access to airport via free public buses in around 45 mins or so.
