My host was lovely and friendly and helped out with local information. The room was clean and tidy and with a lockable door felt secure. And the pets I met were super nice too. The area is nice and quiet with some beautiful views virtually on the doorstep. The other guests were also very nice and respectful.

Nice host met us and showed us around on arrival. Pretty decent room, though ensuite is tiny. Shared kitchen is handy.

We particularly liked that the house was homely rather than pretentious and still very comfortable with all facilities; the owners were starightforward about the breakfast situation. Our friend was offered a downstairs room as the stairs were quite steep. Really good to feel trusted - we had to leave promptly on a Sunday morning and were just asked to leave the keys in the bedrooms. Parking was good and secure.
