Beautifully presented and immaculately clean room. Spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals, then selection of cooked breakfasts and toast. We were made to feel very welcome.

The host Katie was so lovely, our flight arrived late and she was still up to welcome us. The location was perfect for visiting family in harpenden, the rooms were so bright and spacious with lovely modern neutral decor. The breakfast every morning was beautiful and a good selection to choose from the full breakfast was the family favourite. The fluffiest towels and the most cozy bedding. We loved it and will be back!
