The staff were exceptionally good, both afternoon and night staff during my stay could not have been more helpful. The night staff helped me with my bags as they were heavy and the lift was not working. Afternoon staff brought one of my bags up even though I had not asked them too. I was very pleased with the service

Very polite staff members and very helpful. The room is small but clean. Even if you have window you cannot open them so this may be a minus. Overall it was a nice experience with a lot of facilities close by.

The hotel was in a good location, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were also friendly and smiley, which was nice.

Such friendly staff that work here especially at the front desk. Stayed here many of times great little hotel in a perfect location. Fairly priced and has everything you need. Perfect for work or leisure any issues or anything needed and the staff are the to get it sorted for you. Would highly recommend this hotel

Good location close to airport and train station, good spot for someone who just needs a bed for the night. Room was clean and as expected from what was booked, had most things I needed. Staff were polite and check in easy.
