I stayed at the hotel 3 nights from the 24th of December 2024. My stay exceeded expectations in every way. Kelvin provided outstanding assistance, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious, although the menu options were somewhat limited, particularly for those who don't consume red meat. The secure parking area, conveniently located adjacent to the mall parking, was a welcome amenity. The room itself was impeccable, with a comfortable bed, functional TV, wifi, and reliable hot water supply.No loadshedding at the hotel that was a big plus on a Christmas holidays. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Reception is very impressive and welcoming. Staff are courteous and available to help at all times. I had trouble opening the room on the second day of our stay. They were prompt to reconfigure it . The food was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were pretty clean.

Breakfast was great. Very British, and healthy. Pool was ok, shame the staff didn’t remove the cushions ever, even when it poured with rain. A great Barman really sweat and helpful.

The property was great value for money, in an excellent location, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were very helpful. A particular shout out to Jacqueline, she was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Anytime I return to Lusaka, I’ll definitely stay here again.
