The apartment is new and fresh, and has good comfort :) Lusaka is a "decentralized" city with no defined city centre, but I found the location to be good and relatively close to a large shopping mall. Radisson hotel has also chosen to place its hotel here. The area feels safe and secure. Zambia has challenges with the power grid and the power is often out, but the apartment has a battery backup system so that it is not noticeable. A negative experience was that the host tried to cancel my booking right before arrival, and asked me to accept the cancellation and book again. I said that they messed up - so they have to solve that themselves - which they did.

The accommodation gives you a feeling of comfort and peace. Cleanliness and fresh air, very very secure. No need to worry about any power cut, the back up system is great.

The location - close to the East Park Mall. The place was quiet and secure. The Wi-Fi was excellent.

The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, it was immaculately clean. The location was convenient close to restaurants and big shopping malls. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any inquiries.

Excellent apartment and nice location closer to EastPark Mall. The apartment provided a substitute cooking stove when main power went off. Cleaning was done every three days.
