Lovely room with A/C, friendly helpful owner and staff, various ways to pay, $11 shuttle to airport, good cooked breakfast and a complimentary coffee on arrival. Great WiFi and able to use large comfortable lounge. Great shower with hot water. Confortable bed. Well positioned lodge at the base of the airport road close to a number of eating options. Very quiet.

Nice spacious apartment with friendly staff and owner. When there are electricity cuts in town, there is electricity backup at the lodge.

Had a travel nightmare and meant I ended up arriving in the middle of the night. Mukala Lodge staff were incredibly helpful, were waiting for me when I eventually landed and were super warm and helpful. Accom was exactly as advised.

Nice staff, clean overall. They had a microwave/stove in the room so you can warm up food and cook something light. We asked for a wi-fi since there was none in the room. They brought a router to our room for better reception, which was unexpected but great!
