The staff was always very friendly and always smiley. The room was very cozy and colourful that we really liked. Everything looked super clean and tidy. The shower was amazing with hot water always running. We had a tv where we were able to connect to our netflix and Disney+ accounts. The location is not the best, but Tram 1 is really close and it's running up until late, so it was still convenient.

The hotel is close to the tram and bus stops. The staff was helpful. I was also given breakfast to go when I checked out early in the morning so really glad about that.

Staff was really friendly, we got changed to different room twice because the linens at the bed were not clean. Gym was awesome, and the breakfast was average. Looks really nice and the quality to money is really high. Bathrooms were nice.

Such a cosy place with a calm and nice atmosphere, warm reception every time. Our first stop will probably always be here on our way to Europe.

Breakfast was better than some of the reviews suggested. Beds were soft but comfy enough. Very reasonable price for both room and breakfast.
