Very friendly and helpful staff even quite late in the evening/night! Good breakfast with many different options included to create your own favourite breakfast, includes fresh coffee. Good start of each day. Free parking, also very close to a train station in Luino.

Firstly the hotel had reserved a car parking space for us, which was an excellent start. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a reasonable size, comfortable and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast

Small, but well organised rooms. Very clean and fresh. The breakfast was very good with fresh coffee and fresh fruit. Friendly staff.
