It has a great location in the city center and an amazing restaurant on the top floor (worth visiting even if you are not staying at the hotel). The staff was very nice and helpful and allowed us to store our backpacks after check-out to explore the city. The room was nice and clean. Overall it's a great stay in Lugo.

Location smack in the middle of the historic walled city couldn’t have been better. When you cock up your booking and speak little to no Spanish it’s very helpful to have receptionist as pleasant and helpful as those at this hotel. The room was great.

Great location within the walled city, everything we needed, including overnight parking, was a stones throw away. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great, with the bonus of views over the city from the roof terrace. We would definitely stay here again.
