Very pleasant hotel with family feel. Everyone very pleaant.. Excellent set up with cafe area and lobby adjacent. Quirky decor. Efficient elevator. Staff spoke enough English.All hhree meals avaialable at fair pri e.

Very clean and comfortable, the style is simple and essential, the room was spacious with lots of windows and light, and a big bathroom. A nice quiet neighborhood right outside the center. The staff is lovely and very professional!

This is a family run hotel, the owners are the nicest people and show they appreciate the buisness. The room was Very clean and cool, there is a bar/restaurant down stairs and vending machines in the lobby. I was also delighted to see they had parking for my motorcycle underground. I will only stay here if and when I visit lugo again Thanks for the lovely stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, clean, spacious, and quiet. Everything worked well. I liked their quirky artwork. I requested a fan and got one right away!
