We started the camino in Lugo. The receptionist was so helpful assisting us with the passport and luggage transfer service. He also shared that there was a festival going on and gave us some delicious food recommendations. Breakfast was great and just what we needed to start the walk.

Very good overall. Clean, comfortable room, good bathroom, balcony to the square. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast very good with multiple choices. Great location.

The property was excellent but the room we had was small but still very good cause we left to explore more. The property was clean and it smells clean, they made the beds everyday and super friendly staff, they spoke English which really help also with places to go and see. Location was also good as we were just a walk away from everything.

The receptionist Andrea was fantastic. She assisted with the return of our hired car and our transfer to Sarria where we commenced our Camino. She also booked a taxi and gave us all the advice and information relevant to our trip. An amazing, helpful, kind and friendly person.

Nice hotel in good location , big room with comfortable beds, bathroom with bath and shower , a treat as we were walking the camino primitivo, staff lovely, really helpful giving us info on things to do, restraunts etc, delicious buffet breakfast .

Nice room, centrally located - the bus dropped us off really close by and we were near all the restaurants in the old quarter. Staff were welcoming .
