Excellent breakfast, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, beautiful view from the balcony. Very professional and friendly staff. The bus station is right in front of the Hotel. Can only recommend this establishment.

Amazing stay overall, the front disk staff was so welcoming, upgraded our room to welcome us. Did great welcoming with complementary kit. Our suite large and has balcony, room has AC The hotel is an apartments style, with facilities of car park, and spa as well as swimming pool. Just about 15 to 20 mins to Lugano lake.

The property is very nice, the penthouse is a great place to stay with beautiful views over Lugano and the lake. The most impressive was however the amazing staff. Always friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome at all times!
