The staff were great and very helpful. Location across a small square to the lake front and views across the lake to Monte Bre. Very close to the centre. Room facilities and breakfast very good .

Everything, the staff, the cleanliness and location were perfect, but for us the best part was the breakfast, the coffee was prepared at the moment by the waiter and they have gluten free options too.

Location is good. From Lugano railway station, there is a public transport bus 4 to the hotel. Our room is facing lake view, superb view in morning & night. The hotel provided us free city day pass, discounted fare on certain attractions.
