Top position directly on the Lake. Enjoy the breakfast buffet from your lake view veranda table. Very nice team. Very good room sound proofing.

The lakeside position and views from the room. The free tourist bus was helpful to get back to the Hauptbahnhof.

The location is stunning and our view was amazing over the lake. The staff were very friendly and the room met all our expectations. Great for catching the bus into the centre and just over the road from the funicular and also next to the boat stop.

I liked the staff, they were nice and helpful. I aldo liked breakfast 😋 it had a lot ! Also the free ticket they gave yo the residents was a great idea although I didn't make use of them.

Beautifully situated hotel directly on the lake with its own pool, within walking distance of the city and a view of the Lugano Bay, friendly and supportive staff with great knowledge about some Grotto's.
