This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town centre and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés.
Located in a quiet spot halfway up a hill, the hotel is just a short 3-minute walk from the train station, and provides quiet rooms in a green corner of the city. Many rooms have a balcony view of Monte Bré, or overlook the town. The hotel is the perfect choice for both leisure and business travellers. Location near train station. There used to be slop pavement for those with luggage to pull along. Quiet at night.

Included with breakfast and we are delighted that the staff able to provide soya sauce when ask. Very good service from front desk and thanks Victor for helping to park and return our car from/to the hotel entrance without us going to the carpark. Free public transport given in the area of Lugano as well! Keep it up!

Location was superb and the basic twin room exceeded my expectations. There was more space than I expected, the bed was comfortable, and the room was nice & clean.

Front desk at check in was extremely helpful with suggestions on hikes and the breakfast was absolutely lovely. Wonderful & friendly staff.

The triple room is great for families. We had space for all 4 of us (baby in crib). Enough space. Sufficient breakfast. Staff friendly. A little expensive for what we had - but in line with Swiss pricing.

Great location in central Lugano with a view of the lake and over the city. Friendly and helpful staff. A good base to explore Lugano. Parking with electric car charging worked well.
