Great hotel and good value for money. Highest quality appliances (great coffee machine) and tasteful interior with great artwork. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It’s renovated and old/ modern mixture. Cleaning and the stuff were amazing. Also the breakfast was really tasty and fresh. I’ll definitely stay there again if i have a chance to visit Lugano again.

Extraordinary experience - very special design, breakfast was outstanding - nicely presented and very good quality - hotel has many small, discreet art details placed everywhere - hosting couple with much passion and pride - nice to see this nowadays

The welcoming from the first minute through to the not previously booked but than requested by us delicious breakfast. The entire style of the hotel is very much down to the detail and in any sense very unusual and therefore really nice.
