I have a great experience during chek in/ out. The staff is so nice and friendly. They like to talk to you and listen to your story after a long journey. Give you a warm welcome, so that you can have a wonderful start from their hotel. The greatest hotel staff always make guests happy and smiles!

It is nicely decorated, centrally located, there is always someone from the staff ready to help, the breakfast is nice and have natural orange juice, which is pretty cool.

The location of the hotel was very pleasant, it is next to the river Rhine. You can take a nice walk along there if you want. The breakfast experience was relaxing, food was prepared to a high standard. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom and air con. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size with good water pressure. There are bike locking areas both outside of the hotel and underground car park if you are touring with a bicycle.

Very kind staff and a great overall stay even if it was only two nights. On the Sunday I ordered a 'Chicken Caesar Salad which was excellent. Easy and secure access at early morning times and also the fact they allowed me to check-in close to midnight on the Saturday / Sunday.

Modern hotel lobby and easy checkin which we loved! Very much oriented towards short stays so everything was perfect for that. The hotel had a great way on the rhine river and easy access to shopping mall and esplanade!

Great breakfast, great location overlooking the harbour and amazing shopping mall close by with an outdoor port view food court. Room was comfy as expected from the Moxy brand.
