Behaviour of manager and staff and customer dealing is fantastic. Always responsive and attentive. Room service, Facilites, bathroom fittings and amenities like geyser, toiletries are upto the mark. Room has a Large 43inch Samsung LED TV (not smart one).

The persons working in hotel responded well and helped well which is the only plus point . I mean what ever possible they did. But i could not able to contact directly to hotel from outside. Its going in recorded call. So how can i talk to hotel person ?? With the number given in booked voucher???

Excellent staff, caring the customer. Everybody try to do its own best. Very warm welcoming and very helpful. I have to manage some plans changing and the staff helped me to solve my changing and to book new ticket trains.
