My parents and in-laws lodged at bsa hotel pre- and post-trip, as we orchestrated a pilgrimage spanning Ayodhya & Mahakumbh, commencing and concluding in Lucknow. Given their dietary constraints and seniority, meticulous travel logistics were paramount. While evaluating multiple hotel proposals, I spoke to Mr. Aman, Asst. Reservation Manager. he listened to all the requirements and seamlessly curated their experience—ensuring smooth airport transfers, day tour of lucknow, Jain meal provisions, and Naimisaranya tours. He precision extended beyond planning—remarkably, the reception, restaurant, and travel desks flawlessly executed every preference. Breakfast was excellent ,very courteous and customer service oriented. They really put in all efforts to see the customers expectations are fully taken care of. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, polite and amazing in every way possible. The breakfast, lunch and dinner had a great variety, something to everyone’s taste, with the staff eager to explain unfamiliar foods, also menu available.

The location of the hotel is very good. Its a good location hotel for business visits UPSIDC. The staff is helpful and considerate. They listen to issues and resolve them, if any. There is a good market near to the hotel for daily needs.

The hotel is pretty good, met my expectations. The staff were very courteous and mostly prompt with their services. The food is fantastic and we enjoyed a variety of snacks, finger foods and main courses. The property is very clean and well maintained and gives a warm and cosy feeling to the guests.

We reached from Varanasi in the afternoon, and were checked in very fast. Had a sumptous lunch at the restaurant and relaxed in the well appointed, spacious room. The hotel is spread over a big campus, and has all the facilities to make stay comfortable. The bed, mattress and linen was spotlessly clean and crisp. We ordered dinner in the room at night, which was also delicious. After a good night's sleep and hearty breakfast on the next day, we checked out around 8 am.
